Customer

The Customer tab will display any and all authenticators that have been assigned to customers.

The Customer grid will display an Edit button, the authenticator nickname (Authenticator), the name of the customer that the authenticator is assigned to (Owner), a Lost Authenticator option, an Unassign Authenticator option, button, the serial number associated with the authenticator (Serial Number), and the Require Authenticator on Login option.

Employees have the ability to search for authenticators by entering search criteria in either the Authenticator search field, the Owner search field, or the Serial Number search field. Any authenticators that match the search criteria will be displayed.

Customer Authenticator Options:

• Require Authenticator on Login: If the Require Authenticator on Login option is marked for a master user’s authenticator, it is automatically marked by default for all authenticators that are assigned to that user for redistribution as well as those that have already been assigned to a sub-user. This ensures that a sub-user’s authenticator is never less restrictive than their master user’s authenticator. A sub-user’s authenticator can be more restrictive than their master user’s authenticator so enabling the Require Authenticator on Login option for a sub-user does not enable the option automatically for their master user.
• Authenticator iPay Subscriber: Required to authenticate when making changes to iPay settings, including adding/deleting/making default Pay From Accounts and editing Settings or User Information.
• Authenticator iPay Payee: Required to authenticate when adding/deleting/editing Payees.

The employee can make the desired changes, click the Save button, and the changes will be made. If the employee decides to make no changes, they can click the Cancel button and no changes will be made.
