Helpful Reports to Review
You may consider reviewing the following reports on a regular basis:
Daily Review
Daily Functions Reports
- Session Report
- Online Transactions: This report will allow you to see the transactions that have been initiated through Digital Banking for a given date range.
- Scheduled Transactions: This report will allow you to see the transactions that are scheduled to occur for a given date range. This will include one-time and recurring schedules.
Fraud Reports
- Failed Login: This report will allow you to monitor the users that are having a particularly hard time signing into the system so that you can provide additional assistance for these customers, as well as potentially alert you to fraudulent activity.
- Lock-outs: This report is useful for the same reasons as the failed logins report. This will be a snapshot of all currently locked out customers.
Bi-weekly or Monthly Review
Administration Reports
- Self-Enrollment
- Login/Logout
- Pending Customer Invites: This report will show you the customer who have been sent an invite, but have not yet completed their setup process. Use this report as a follow up for your new Digital Banking customers to ensure that they get into the system in a timely manner.
- Employee Access: This report will allow you to view a snapshot of all of your employee’s permissions. Use this report to ensure that each employee has the permissions that they should.
- Customer Access Change report: This will show any access changes made to user records and who performs the change.
- Employee Access Change report: This will show any access changes made to user records and who performs the change.
- Cash Management Access: This report is a snapshot of your users that have certain cash management access on any of their accounts. Use this report to be aware of which customers have cash management permissions.
- Monthly Stats: This report will give you various useful statistics for a given time range.
Fraud Reports
- Inactive Users: This report will allow you to view customer that have not logged in within X number of days.
Maintenance
Note: Maintenance reports are useful for looking into particular situations as they arise, but not necessarily for reviewing on a recurring basis.
